1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ac77 online gaming platform and its users. By accessing the ac77 website, registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To open an account and use services on the ac77 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age — this platform is only for those aged 21 or older.
• Not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Operate only one account in your name.
• Play on your own behalf and with your own funds — not on behalf of a third party.
• Not use any automated software, bots, or similar technology.

ac77 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

When registering with ac77, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team ([email protected]) immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account until such notification is made.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

ac77 accepts three payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits from third parties are not accepted — funds must be deposited from the account holder's own mobile banking.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour after successful verification.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. ac77 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request further information in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ac77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are for personal use only — they cannot be shared with others.
• ac77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Abusing bonus offers (for example, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses) will result in account termination.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn unless the bonus terms have been met.

6 VIP Loyalty Program

ac77's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your continued activity and contribution on the platform. ac77 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, and decisions in this regard are final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ac77:

• Operating an account in a fraudulent or unlawful manner.
• Abusing bonuses or deliberately attempting to exploit loopholes in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for illegal payments.
• Automated betting using bots or software.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

If any such activity is detected, ac77 will immediately close the account and may forfeit all associated funds.

8 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the ac77 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, games, interface design, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ac77 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

As a user, you receive only a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes — this does not constitute any ownership rights.

9 Limitation of Liability

The ac77 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ac77 is not liable for:

• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform.
• Losses caused by third-party service failures.
• Loss of funds due to the user's own negligence or error.
• Games interrupted mid-session due to internet connectivity issues.
• Incorrect information displayed due to technical errors — in such cases, ac77's database records will be considered final.

ac77 reserves the right to make necessary corrections in the event of technical issues and to offer compensation at its discretion.

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
